Sole Principal of JLS Solicitors
Justine Soper is the driving force behind JLS Solicitors. She has worked in legal practice since leaving school at age 16. Preferring to stay and work to gain valuable experience, at the same time she undertook her legal studies through part time attendance at college and evening classes.

Firstly, she gained her Legal Executive qualification and, in 1997, attained Solicitor status, with a distinction from the prestigious Guildford College of Law now the University of Law - Guildford, earning a Law Society prize for the highest grades on her course that year.
Justine is a Member of the Law Society's Advanced Family Law Panel, and the Institute of Family Law Arbitrators, Justine is also a practicing accredited Family Mediator, Collaborative Solicitor and Family Law Arbitrator. She is also on Resolution's Parenting after Parting committee whose aim is to explore opportunities and provide information and education to family lawyers on best practice for child focused outcomes to financial and parenting disputes.
Deepika Bhoolah-Bansal (Dee) joined as a Paralegal in 2017, completing her training contract in 2020.

Dee first studied Criminology and Sociology at Keele University. She then went on to complete the Law conversion course (GDL) and Legal Practice Course at Staffordshire University.
Having completed her formal legal studies, she worked as Compliance Associate for a small Money Service Business before starting her journey as a Paralegal in Insolvency and Mental Health. Her previous work experiences have given her valuable adaptable skills.
Dee deals with divorce matters, financial negotiations and applications, Pre or Post Nuptial agreements, Cohabitation Agreements and Court applications
Rachel joined JLS Solicitors in 2015. She ensures the smooth running of the office on a day to day basis, as well as assisting Justine and Dee with case preparation.
